Proposl has built-in features that allow you to create optional and multiple-choice items, a great way to empower your customer to choose their desired items. Proposl also supports a subscription option for recurring payments such as software licences, retainers and more. For an easier way to price your items, Proposl has an inbuilt margin calculator, enter your cost and sell price and Proposl will display the margin you are making, adjust your sell price until you reach your desired item margin.

This gives you the opportunity to double-check the detail, design and pricing before you whizz it off for (hopefully) acceptance! Now you’re ready to send your amazing quote to your customer, the default email text will be displayed here, you can quickly edit the body of the email to personalise to your customer, or alternatively, if you want to change the default wording of your emails, you can head over to the email settings. Once you’re happy, the final step is hitting the send button. Job done!

Not a clunky PDF or Word doc in sight, they click the link and view your quote in all it’s glory on any device and it looks great. They check the detail, share it with their colleagues and even have the option to download the quote and save a hard copy if needed. If you’ve included any optional extras or up-sells, they can tick these directly in the quote to update the total price.

This does sound boring, but it’s one of the most exciting things you will experience! When your customer opens your quote, you will be notified immediately. No more chasing, calling or pestering your customer to see if they have received your PDF. You know exactly when they opened it and how many times they’ve opened it, giving you and indication to how interested they are in what you have to offer.
